I recently tried the shampoo and conditioner and I LOVE them for my fine, flat hair. One thing that helped me – I squeezed out the amount of shampoo and conditioner I wanted onto a small tray before I even got into the shower. It’s much easier to work with the tubes when your hands are dry!

Thanks for bringing this up! This is a totally valid concern. I too have dropped it and agree – ouch! Sometimes the lid is difficult to twist off and other times it’s a bit hard to get it to come out with one hand, so that can be sort of frustrating in the shower too. One I get it out I’m super happy with it, haha!

I LOVE the shampoo and conditioner; but I’m struggling with the packaging. I get that it’s eco-friendly but it is not “old lady” friendly! LOL I’ve tried the tins and the tubes; both are slippery and hard to open and close in the shower with wet hands. Because I need to see what I’m doing to close them properly (and of course, can’t wear glasses in the shower) I really do struggle with this. I’ve also dropped the tube, with the key attached, on my foot. OUCH! I wish they’d perhaps considerer an “upgrade” of a reusable flip-cap top for the tube. I’d pay for that.

The tins are just too tricky to line up the groves with wet hands. And if you don’t screw the top on just so, it gets stuck!

Ok….so I don’t typically leave reviews(even if I’m impressed). I just tried the shampoo, conditioner and bodywash and I am “wowed!” The shampoo smelled a minty fresh scent and tingled on my scalp, I loved the exfoliations sponge with frothy bodywash ! I have fine hair so I have difficulty finding hair products that moisturize but don’t leave my hair looking limp. My hair feels and looks amazing ! I didn’t even have to add volumizing spray before blow drying. I’m sold! I’ve subscribed to the kit every 3 months! Money well spent !
